3. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellation is only allowed for Medical Reasons, see point; 4 below
b. Refund will be reversed to the account used to make a payment via our Payment Gateway within 7 days of receiving a request by email.
4. Medical and Travel Reasons:
a. To qualify for a refund due to medical reasons, a valid medical document must be submitted.
5. Tournament Changes:
a. TeeOffIndia.com reserves the right to make changes to tournament schedules, locations, or any other details. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
6. Participant Responsibilities:
a. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility requirements for the tournaments they register for.
b. Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
7. Code of Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of sportsmanship and conduct during tournaments.
b. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disqualification without a refund.
8. Intellectual Property:
a. All content and materials provided on TeeOffIndia.com, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and tournament details, are the property of TeeOffIndia.com and may not be used without explicit permission.
9. Limitation of Liability:
a. TeeOffIndia.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttarakhand, India.
