I agree to the League T&C and consent my availability for the League. I shall make myself available on days of competition based on Team requirements. Dates: Sundays: 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th Nov 2024

I agree to pay a participation fee of Rs. 3,000/- (Rs. 750 per round x 4) after submitting the form. This fee will be used by the organizers to cover the necessary arrangements for the players during the League and Auction.
